At Mint, we want your order to arrive safely and smoothly — so you can feel like yourself without interruption. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship and deliver your order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During sales periods or promotional events, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship via trusted courier partners across New Zealand.
Estimated delivery time:
1–3 business days (urban)
2–5 business days (regional/rural)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier network volumes.
Shipping to Australia
We ship to Australia using tracked courier services.
Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days
Customs delays are outside of our control.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
Orders are shipped using standard courier service terms. This may include Authority to Leave (ATL) at the registered delivery point (such as your mailbox or front door) if the courier determines it is safe to do so.
Once a parcel has been delivered to the registered delivery address and delivery is confirmed by the courier (including photographic confirmation where available), the order is considered delivered.
Mint is not liable for loss or theft that occurs after confirmed delivery.
If your delivery location is unattended or you have concerns about parcel security, we strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address (such as a workplace).
Signature Required Orders
For your protection, orders over $150 are automatically sent signature-required to ensure safe delivery.
If you would like signature-required delivery for any order under $150, please contact us prior to dispatch and we will arrange this for you (additional courier fees may apply).
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Mint is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier.
If tracking confirms delivery to the registered address, any theft that occurs after delivery is considered outside of Mint’s control. We recommend lodging a report with your local authorities in such cases.
